Transfer Application News & Notes

• The transfer application deadline is March 1, 2019. Supporting documents (including official standardized testing results, letters of recommendation, and official transcripts) will be accepted after the deadline, but must arrive by early April to be considered.
• To confirm that your application was submitted successfully through the Common Application, access the “Dashboard” in your Common Application account. If any part of your application was not submitted, “Incomplete” will appear next to the missing application requirement.
• Within 1-2 days of submitting a transfer application through the Common Application online, you will receive an email with instructions about activating the Yale Admissions Status Portal. The portal allows applicants to monitor their application material and to access an official admissions decision when it is available in mid-May. Please activate your Yale Admissions Status Portal as soon as possible.
• Mid-term reports are due by mid-April. If you are enrolled in a college or university that uses a quarter system, please send your winter quarter grades in lieu of the mid-term report.
