After you submit your application to Yale, please watch for an email with instructions for setting up an Eli Account (within three weeks after submitting your Common Application and Yale-specific questions).
You may use your Eli Account to log into the following Undergraduate Admissions websites during the admissions process:
- Application Checklist
- Early Action Decisions
- Regular Decisions
- For Admitted Students: The Admitted Student Website
If you forget your Eli Account ID, and you provided Yale with an email address during the activation process, you can reset your account.
If you do not receive this email within three weeks of submitting your application, be sure to check your 'junk mail' folder. Some email services are filtering our Eli Account email as 'junk mail' by mistake. To prevent this, you may want to add 'firstname.lastname@example.org' to your address book or contact list. Furthermore, please be sure that you have clicked 'Submit' on the Common Application site when submitting your application. Some students overlook this necessary final step after completing their application online.
